Air Force Baby Clothes

Hey everoyne, i am planning on going baby shopping in like another month, I was just wondering what sizes should i get the diapers, and what sizes should i get the onesies, and little outfits??

Also when can i buy my new baby some jordans? or air force ones??

i know as a new born there is no need for shoes, but when will i buy them, i want my baby to be stylish and have the best of everything.

U knwo some of u people are weird, like really. I am more than ready for a baby, i dint say i was buying any jordans now, and to let u know MONEY ISNT AN ISSUE, so my child will have a college fund, i mean damn i asked one simple question and u people can be so rude, i am just excited to have my 1st baby.

Well first off congrats...In diapers i would recommend getting Newborn, but i would get enough to last awhile(but it depends on how big your baby is!)Most newborn diapers only go up to 10 pounds..U should get a 0 to 3 months, maybe about 3 packages of each..If you need more, then get them when the time comes..Because you never how big or small your baby will come!(mine was 3 pounds, so i had to get smaller sizes, than what i thought!)
I am a first time mommy too, and i wanted my lil girl to be so cute..But then i realized when she started gaining 1 to 2 ounces a day..That maybe i shouldn't have gotten all these preemie clothes, or these newborn sizes..A newborn really doesn't need to be wearing shoes anyways, socks are fine...If you wanted to get them some kind of jordan something, they have onesis, and socks with the jordan symbol on them..And nike makes cute outfits..But i wouldn't recommend getting a little baby shoes, because they grow out of them so quick..I would wait until they get a little older when they are starting to walk..Then you would want to get some shoes, that are good for walking, like stride ride...Jordans and forces are cute, but when they get about 6 or 7 months!!:)

Also you could never have enough burp cloths, and bibs.....=)

if you think about it all clothes are name brand but i'm talking about famous name brand clothes like baby phat, rocawear, phat farm, timberland, air force ones and many others. i remember i went to ford city and they had some timberland boots that cost $119! that's just ridiculous. i've seen purses that cost $60. what really bugs me is if someone doesn't wear these name brand clothes they think you can't afford it and people who do wear name brand clothes can hardly afford they just waste money and try to stunt. i refuse to pay fifty or sixty dollars for a pair of pants. clothes shouldn't have to be expensive to be name brand. how do feel about expensive name brand clothes?

Certain brand name items are constructed with better quality. How many times have you had a pair of Nikes tear up on you the way some Payless BOGO's do? I purchased my last pair of shoes from Payless in like, the 11th grade, about 7 years ago, after the glue on the inside of shoe started coming apart and the inside sole started flapping like a mouth. I vowed to never, ever shop in Payless again. Now some brands like Baby Phat are actually pretty affordable compared to Louis Vuitton, Versace and Chanel. Would you rather drop a few hundred on a purse that will last for years to come or keep spending $20 here and there on cheap bags that can't even carry the weight of your wallet and cosmetics without tearing up? These fashion designers know we women like to look good and some fashion conscious men as well so they figure they can charge whatever they want and we'll still support them. Blacks are also known to spend more on clothing so we're targeted as well with the high priced namebrands. I have clothes from stores like JCPenney and NY&CO that my parents purchased when I was high school that have yet to tear up. But then I buy clothing now from like Old Navy and Forever 21 and after a few wears, I'll notice a tear somewhere in the fabric. So I will pay more for namebrand clothing, as long as the quality backs the name.

Ok my situation is i was with my ex boyfriend (never married) for six years we have a 21 month old son..a few months ago he kicked me out of our home were we lived with our son..he adv me he no longer wanted a relationship..at the time i was a stay at home mom not working just taking care of our son...so i moved out with our son as requested and now working a full time job making $11 an hour..(goodness with the ecomoy the best i could find for now)..so me and my son live in an apartment together now..just the two of us =) anyway..im needing some advice..my sons dad is in the air force..so our son gets daycare on base as well as tricare medical with the military...my sons dad told me his day care is $500 a month ($250 a week) which he pays..then he says he pays for tricare..and when i ask he gets our son diapers, wipes and food...my situation is im struggling with rent..water..gas...other things for our son..my car is breaking down on us..gas to get him to daycare and work..its getting so hard..so i asked my sons father if he could set up an allotment with his pay of $400 a month ($200) every two paychecks he gets a month..he told me no..that his obligation is to pay for food, diapers and wipes..and daycare...but i thought helping me with other things and taking care of our child were things to do as a dad...he says its my obligation to pay for the rent..bills..other things like the car..to get our son to daycare and clothes for our son..basically everything else...what im not understanding is i know he can help me..becasue he gets bah from the military that pays for his rent...then he told me he gets and extra $200 a month just for having a son and then he gets his baq for food and then his regular two week pay...is it wrong that im asking for an extra $400 a month along with him paying daycare and tricare..and when i ask only when i ask buying the diapers and wipes and food..Im so confused about how child support works..this is my first child and i never thought it would end up like this ..i need some advise please...and for the people on here that just want to say you never should have had a baby out of wedlock..heard it before dont really need to hear it again..cause my son is here and he is the most wonderful thing in my life...(smiles)

Why would you trust anything that comes out of the mouth of your ex? He was willing to put you and his child out of their home. And he is wrong. He has to help pay a share of the roof over the child's head, plus food, and other costs. Go get yourself a good lawyer who is familiar with the military and get in front of a judge to a) confirm your sole custody (set up visitation for him), and b) child support (make sure this goes through the court system). Your ex will not like this as he is hoping he can get away with not paying you anything but he can't do that.

So go get that lawyer to learn your rights and how to take care of yourself and your child. Good luck!
