We're moving from Georgia to New York (not the city) in a few weeks. My daughter is 14 months old. I don't know how the weather up there is so I don't know what kind of things I should buy her for the fall and winter. So any good baby clothing websites?

Takes showers 2x a month and never never washes her hands after using the bathroom,etc. she is also a very heavy smoker, I told her I literally will not let her hold her grandchild if she doesn’t shower at least 2x a week ( i shower daily myself) I have also even went to the extent to buy her expensive soaps and towels and such…..can I have some advice, I know I am right for my baby’s health sake.
