College Baby Clothes

I am a single college student with a baby, she is wearing 18mths in need of spring and summer clothing new or used. please help

try garage sales , Ebay , people you actually know who has had children too ( they might have their children's small kids up in the attic ) , your church if you are attending one , or you can place a want-free ad , also your parents . ask them for help . at her age it's still ok for her to wear hand me downs if you are not financially stable . finish college and then make up for it . i could send you my daughter's as she changes clothes every year but she's already 5 and I don't have her baby clothes anymore .

I am a struggling college student and my best friend is having a baby. I wanted to get her some baby clothes but the clothes at department stores are so expensive and way out of my bleak budget. I went to a few garage sales and second hand stores and found some very nice, not at all damaged baby clothes and was wondering if I should wrap them up or just wait and give them to her the next day? I know she will love them but I'm wondering if it's unappropriate that it's not brand new-tags still on. Advise please!

I am also financially strapped, and have been invited to 4 baby showers in the past couple of months. A very cheap and much appreciated gift at baby showers is a bottle of sparkling cider for the parent(s) to celebrate with. They only cost a couple of dollars a piece, probably the same amount that you spent on the clothes. Many parents get all this stuff for the baby, and the new parents really enjoy having a little something for them as well.

If your friend is a good friend, then she's not going to care whether the clothes are brand new or secondhand, she'll appreciate the gift, no matter what. If you can get her something else for the baby shower (like a bottle of sparkling cider), then go ahead and wait to give her the used clothes. If you can't find anything else to get her, then go ahead and give her the clothes for the shower. Better to show up with something used than with nothing at all!

I have a 5 month old and I want to get him all decked out for the upcoming football season. Anybody have any suggestions on where I can find College sports clothes for a baby? Either online or in a store. Preferably Texas A & M or the Dallas Cowboys.

Try nflshop.com or there is a store here called Sports FanAttic that I think has a website and they have alot of sports stuff. My son already has Peyton Manning and John Lynch jerseys. Ebay is a good place to find baby sports stuff too...alot of things you probably couldn't find anywhere else. Good luck!

I am 23 and have a college degree and I am just at a point in my life where I really want a baby! I look at baby clothes when I go shopping, think about baby names all the time, and all of that. The problem is, I am not in a relationship, or even dating someone. I know I want to be married before I start a family...so how do I deal with these feelings of REALLY wanting a baby?
i have 3 dogs already. they don't smell, sound, or feel anything like a baby.

DO you have any friends or relatives that have babies???? If so maybe you could offer to babysit their children like once or twice a week. I know that it isnt anything like having your own baby, but it may help you with your feelings
