    I hate flying. I fear it. No matter how many reassuring statistics I read about the safety of air travel, mentally I’m still getting aboard the Airborne Tube of Doom every time I set foot on a plane. So, usually the craziness in the airport doesn’t bother me: Shedding clothes for security, waiting in long ladies’ room lines, paying $10 for a cheeseburger. Whatever. I just care about the plane not crashing. That’s it. Plane doesn’t crash, I’ve had a good trip.
