Fall Baby Clothes

Well were I live it is only going up to about 70 today and yesterday it was about 80. Summer is really over next week. But sometimes we get indian summer. I will definitely have the shorts done in October. My son is almost 11 months. But I was just asking other moms how do you decide on this.

I dresses him how I would dress myself. If its 70 I let him wear jeans and a t shirt and bring a light jacket.

Hi everyone! I will be an aunt soon to my niece. The big problem is that I need to get winter and fall baby girl jackets (clothes) now, in summer time, and I am not really sure where I can find them at this season. I don`t like all that online shopping stuff, prefer to see something in real before buying. Please give me advise of place in Mississauga or Toronto where I would be able to buy. Thank you in advance for your advise.

Actually stores are usually a season ahead. I work retail and we have just put out our Fall line so really you shouldn't have a problem.

I strongly recommend that you try your local thrift shop or baby consignment stores.... you will be able to have a good look at the articles of clothing, and they will most likey be even cheaper at the thrift store...... also try looking in the pennysaver and newspaper for ads and garage sales......... I still regret to this day that I purchased all my baby clothes brand new...... they grow out of it so fast and new it so expensive......

If so, where are the good deals? Have you bought any offline if so where at? direct me in the good deal direction I have twins that are going to be in 12 thru 18 months this fall/winter and need girl clothes soon

Ebay darlin'. Lots and lots of twin stuff out there. I buy ahead all the time. My son is 2 and is pretty much set except for shoes through 4T. I love Herberger's store for their yellow dot at the end of the season, you can get complete outfits for around $5. Right now is a good time to shop for their swimsuits for next summer, and also other summer clothes. I buy basics on clearance (I consider t-shirts, jeans and long sleeve shirts as well as sweatshirts to be basics) whenever I can. I have also had great luck buying lots on e-bay of clothes. You may also find that many malls are doing sidewalk sales now and they may have some overstocks from last fall and winter int he sizes you need. Good luck!
