Black Infant Dress

I'm getting married May 2nd and my son will be almost 8months old then. My fiance will be wearing a black shirt with a Burgundy tie and we want our son to wear a Burgundy shirt with a black tie. Does anyone know where I could find these for him without paying an arm and a leg?

Try Marshall's, TJ Max, Ross, stores like that... they may have something cheaper.

If not, Macy's or Nordstroms would most likely have what you're looking for... but probably more expensive.

Try craigslist and ebay, too... you never know what you might find.

I just bought a really pretty red evening gown to wear to my brothers wedding, and now I am hearing that I can't! My infants dress is black and red... Is this appropriate?! I love the dress I picked, and it took me so long to find the "perfect" one..But I also don't want to be "that" girl at his wedding....His wedding is an evening, formal one...SHould I return the dress??
@ yobcixelsid111 YOU ARE AN A_S_S...The INFANT I am taking was INVITED...She is his niece..My daughter deserves to be there..Jerk...As far as the dress goes..I AM taking it back because I don't want people to assume something...Thanks to all the RESPECTFUL answers...

i wouldn't wear it because its a bright, attention getting color and its the brides day

i would choose a more nutraul color

and i would get a new dress for you infant too, black just isnt a color you were to a wedding

My sis 1 month old infant dies and the funeral it tommorrow. I don't really have much to wear and I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas? I do have one outfit but I don't know if it would be ok. It is a black top that has grashish white flowerson it and a pair of black dress pants. Does that sound ok?

Hi, I live in the St. Louis area and am looking for infants shiny red dress shoes, size 4, for my daughter to get her Christmas pictures taken in. Babies R Us had some perfect ones but they only made them up to a size 3! Other than that I've only found black and white. I've looked in Target, Target Greatland, Walmart, Sears, Payless, Dillards, Macys, Kohls, Stride Rite, JCPenney. I don't want to order online. Can anyone think of any other stores?

I suggest you look online. Then call stores in your areas (if you find them on their sites) and ask them if they have them in stock. If they dont ask if they can see if nearby stores do. If they do most stores will have them sent to the store you called and put them on hold for about 24 hours for you to come check them out.

Found some on a few sites. Have you tried Children's Place, Gymboree, Disney Store, Toys R Us. How about wedding dress stores? David's Bridal usually carries things like this for flower girls.

We are about to take a family portrait again (we only do it about every 2 years) I don't want it to be a seasonal portrait(i.e. Christmas or fall colors, etc)

in the portrait will be myself& hubby, and our 4 daughters who vary in age ( a teenager, 9 yr.old, 2 yr.old, and a 3mos old baby).

**I only tell you their ages so you can be mindful of colors you suggest, for instance it's hard to dress an infant in all black (they rarely sell baby clothes in black)**

What color should we wear in our portrait that will look great, and timeless?

Would love to hear from professional photographers too for any advice.

We did real casual pictures that turned out fantastic! Everyone wore blue jeans, nice white shirts,untucked,no shoes, the little ones even had white tee-shirts and it turn great!

BTW I ordered one in black and white, it's beautiful.
