Infant Boy Dress Clothes

I have a three-year-old boys, and I hit every store in town trying to find dress clothes for church.

Every store I hit had dress clothes and shoes for infant girls and boys, toddler girls, older boys and girls, and adults of both genders.

Eventually, I found one dress outfit, but then I wasn't able to find dress shoes.

What gives? Do they think toddler boys don't need clothes? It's highly likely they need them more than any other age group.

Anyone else noticed this?

I have had the same problem for about 2 year now. It does get really old really quick. Trying to find clothes for my 3 and 4 year old boys can be a chore!
The best places I have found to find them clothes are the Outlet stores. Not only do they have lots of toddler boys' clothes, there is an actual variety of colors and styles. My personal favorites are the Osh Kosh outlet and the Old Navy outlet.
I am not sure why most places have such a limited selection of boys clothes, but I have actually asked on certain occasions and been told that the "don't sell as well as girls clothes." I wonder why?? The girls clothes sell better because there are more of them to choose from.
My only advice is to find a store or two that has a good assortment of boys clothes and only shop there. Fortunately, it does get better when they get older.

I have a infant boy and I can not find any decent clothes for him, but when I look in search engines it shows up nice infant girl clothing sites and everything for little boys is tacky. Even when I go to places like children's place and old navy the girls clothing is very bright and vibrant whereas the boy clothing is dull and like ugly colors like mustard and dull blues. Its so unfair I love my baby and would love to dress him in stylish clothes but I have no idea where to look. please help. And please no rude comments.

I have said this a thousand times! I'm looking for a holiday outfit for pictures now and all I can find are pretty dresses! It is not fair!
I usually buy baby gap for him. Their sizes fit him better too.

At the last Sunday Best pageant I went to, a lot of the little boys had on khakis, a dress shirt, and a cute sweater vest. The first one would be absolutely perfect!! The second one is cute, but a little too dressy. I'd definitely go with the first one. Best of luck to him!!

I am pregnant and am not sure if it is a boy but i already have girl clothes so no need to buy any more of those. My question is do you know of any stores or websites where they have infant clothes that are like hip and stylish. Like polos, jean shorts so he can look like a lil man. LOL that is just how I want to dress him(if i have a boy) but the only store i have found with any thing close is Rainbow.

So I know that I am not the only one who has a problem shopping for boy clothing. Other moms on here have mentioned it before too. Any store you go in- there is ALWAYS more and better girl clothing. Now I don't know about you other moms- But I LOVE to shop and dress my 15 month old up. I love for stuff to match. If I have the money then I do it. But goodness gracious it's like pulling teeth if you want cute clothes around here! I mean don't get me wrong- I have found cute stuff but there is just always more options for girls. AND they have girl stores specifically for GIRL clothing. NOT BOYS! Go to the mall- theres Limited Too and Justice. Where are the boy stores?

So here it is- I want to open my own boy clothing store. LOL. Who thinks it's a good idea? But I also want to design my own clothes since theres hardly anything cute around. Would you shop in my store? How do I go about doing this..!? LOL Maybe I should start designing first and get them to sell in other stores- then open my own store up? It would have newborn,infant,toddler clothing.

I KNOW! walmart has an AWFUL selection of boy shoes and clothing to be honest. I was there lastnight and couldnt find a thing! :( But they have very cute girl clothes.

proudmom- yeah i shop at baby gap :) i just bought a winter hat there. its cute. but they are limited too. only will find a couple things i like thats it.

I like the name Just Blue, have you tried shopping at Baby Gap I find lots of cute things there.
