Best Newborn Clothes

i'd like to know where, all you mothers bought newborn baby clothes from...Ive already started shopping for my baby, and i bought sleepsuits and vests from marks&spencer and some cute white outfits from GAP, but where would you recommend, in regards of quality and price? I live in the UK.

don't spend too much on clothes yet as your baby will grow out of them really quickly next has some really good quality baby wear but i would wait till you baby is a little older and everyone will be able to see the clothes that he/she will be wearing as younger babies are always tucked away in their baskets wrapped up in a baby shawl.
you will need bodysuits rather than vests and m&s is good if you find any in the sale otherwise primark and boots are good. for sleepsuits again primark or boots and do buy a bit bigger sizes as they will last longer

Walmart i love geranimals brand, and they are realtively cheap, do u have a roses ther? everyone tells me cheap clothes dont last but they are full of crap, i bough clothes at roses, $1 for onsies, and 3 for $10 outfits newborn and they lasted 2 kids and still good for the next

What brand of newborn sensitive washing powder is the best to wash newborns clothes, bedding and blankets before they wear and use them?
and what week did you wash everything?

I am 28 weeks pregnant with baby number 1
I know that i have to wash everything first in the sensitive washing powder but what to know which you think is best and what to wash?

Should i wash absolutely everything first like all clothes, sheets and blankets burping cloths, bathing face washers or should i just do the clothes and bedding???

First thing I'd say is to buy Seventh Generation or another Earth Friendly Detergent not because I'm pushing the whole Go Green theme *I dont even use those detergents yet until my baby is born* however I'm switching as soon as it is.
I've nannied for a few families as a live in and doing their laundry is part of it, and they've all had newborns. One family used All Free And Clear because it was the only one that all 6 of them could use without one person being allergic, so that's a suggestion however,
The family I most recently lived with used Seventh Generation *found at Target* or you can buy other brands online of green friendly detergents and it saved us all a lot of time, because you can throw your things in with the baby's things, and believe me it will be like a Godsend, when you only need to do one load at the end of the week.
You can wash all of the baby's clothes prior to wearing them so they are ready I would say that's a great idea, you dont want your baby having a reaction to the clothes. Wash the clothes and bedding, the rest of the items do not need to be washed prior to use.

Fairy Non-Bio, apparently. And, yes, non-bios are better for babies' skin than other detergents.
